Tickets selling fast for Dido, Queen of Carthage

On Friday 20th September, at 7.30pm, Edward’s Boys will be performing Dido, Queen of Carthage at the Levi Fox Hall, King Edward VI School, Stratford-upon-Avon.

With the support of the faux pas parents association, we shall be staging the production as part of a ‘feast’, with a hot meal of chilli con carne included in the ticket price. The performance will include live music, as is common in our shows, but will also be preceded by musical extracts from Purcell’s opera Dido and Aeneas. A short introduction to Marlowe’s play will be given by Dr Andy Kesson of the University of Kent.

Tickets (including food) cost £10 (£6 concessions), and are available exclusively via the Edward’s Boys website. Click here to book.
